St. Bernard and Norwood[edit]

I seem to recall being told that the reason these two cities are separate entities from Cincinnati despite being surrounded by it is that they did not want to participate in forced busing when it came to Cincy. Unfortunately the "history" section in this article was nothing but a list of businesses, and I have removed it, will look for some sources on actual history.
