Rotary Spiral Separators[edit]
Rotary spiral separators add electric power and technology that spins the spiral separator. This makes the separation process much more efficient than a standard spiral separator. With a rotary spiral separator, adjustments and modifications can be made in-process to fine tune your sorting. What would have taken more than an hour of downtime and operator effort with static spiral separator can be done in just seconds. Like a standard (or static) spiral separator, rotary spiral separators are available in with one or four cores and sometimes even more. Select vendors of spiral separators will build custom machines to spec.
Rotary spiral separators have the benefit of adjusting the core and adjusting the speed at which the core is rotating, making the end product much easier and faster to attain.
