Is there any exceptations?[edit]

From the article; "Spicules are skeletal structures that occur in most sponges." What is meant by "MOST sponges"? It sounds like there are some sponges that don't have spicules at all. contradictory statements[edit]

Disambiguation page perhaps?[edit]

Since spicule is such a broad term, with diverse articles linking to it (many of them sponges) this article might better serve as a Disambiguation page, with brief definitions and /or redirects to the taxonomically pertinent article or section. Why does "megasclere" redirect here?[edit]
