DirecTV in infobox[edit]

Cast personalities[edit]

When adding news personalities in this article, make sure they are notable. Another user said:

I see you've been on Wikipedia for a while now and trust that you are familiar with the guidelines? I've only been on for almost three years, but I know this one. There are sources in the prose that follows the list... and the notability for lists within articles is different from the notability requirements for creating an article about someone... they simply have to be important to the subject of the article. I agree with Spanneraol. The criteria for inclusion here is much looser than that for being the subject of an entry. As an experiment, take a look at the entry for most any mid-market newspaper. This one and this one, for example. You'll find plenty of reporters and other staff mentioned who don't have their own Wikipedia articles. As a single-team, regional sports network, Sportsnet LA occupies the same general territory. Barte (talk) 05:42, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Carriage section: split?[edit]

With the AT&T-Charter/Spectrum agreement, the seven-year carriage dispute comes to an end. I think the details are worth preserving as part of the history of carriage disputes and the changing nature of television. But does it take too much space here?
