Metalcore?[edit]

Its in the catagory of metalcore albums, which we all know is false, so someone who knows how, please remove it.

System of a Down?[edit]

I find it farfetched that anyone would think that 'Speak English or Die' is a System of a Down album, considering the fact that it is an Armenian-American band, and that all but one member were born in non-English-speaking nations.Shadowcaster187 21:39, 9 August 2006 (UTC)shadowcaster187[reply]

Perhaps it is a reflection on the illiteracy of youth that they misread SOD as SOAD. And a flagrant disregard for Metal History. No, I don't see how they would mistake it either. Bubba hotep 22:45, 12 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This seems to have spread due to P2P networks listing the individual song(s) as System of a Down songs, as my friend had downloaded Speak English or Die and believed it to be SOAD. 68.4.212.158 06:18, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed this reference. It is a bit redundant and causes unnecessary debate. Bubba hotep 08:10, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Producer[edit]

Was Alex Perialas (who now has own entry) and Scott Ian of Anthrax. Bubba hotep 22:50, 12 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mistakes[edit]

People who confuse SEOD for a system album--are they the same cretins who take the un-PC lyrics seriously, or were their brains damaged elsewhere?

"cretins who take the un-PC lyrics seriously" -- irony, anyone?

Bonus Tracks[edit]

Hey, when were the tracks Identity and Go recorded? I've read somewhere that they were recorded at the same time as the tracks Pathmark Song and Java Amigo for the third New York's Hardest compilation. Is there any truth to this? Does anyone know? --82.181.48.38 16:22, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
