Text dump reverted[edit]

This article apparently was created with a huge text dump which appears to have been simply a massive copying and pasting of the text of the court decision itself. Wikipedia is not a place to copy and paste massive amounts of materials in a wholesale manner from other sources. I replaced the text dump with a brief description of the holding(s) in this case.
