Clean up Question[edit]

Firstly, there is limited content that is cited with references, secondly, in the middle of the page there is a mention of "SABS Commercial (Pty) Ltd" From the looks of it, it seems as if someone is trying to promote a private company, as it doesn't make any sense why would a govt. authority has a private subsidiary.
