Yes, that is the spelling if RTGS is followed. However often individuals

used different spellings, so I followed the one in the obituary. The book "Learning from Monkeys" instead spells him Saekwo. If I recall correctly I did a google test at that time to choose the most popular spelling, due to the high number of Wikipedia clones now Saekow dominates much more than back then. andy (talk) 21:26, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about not joining the discussion beforehand, but I moved already. We shouldn't introduce these kind of "mistakes", also because the pronounciation is different and their relatives spell with an -h- (as I happen to know). Regards, Tekstman (talk) 12:38, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, as you are sure that the spelling with h is the correct one it's fine to explain afterwards as well, no need to discuss non-controversial things before taking action. Thanks for translating it to Dutch, and also good to know that his school is still operating. When I went there in 2003 they were just starting again. As you know the family, don't you maybe have a free photo of Khun Somporn which can be added to this article? andy (talk) 19:09, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
