Why?[edit]

What is the point of this article? I will not edit it, or disrupt it at all. But it seems that just one inexperienced editor has set it up, and made several links from Concerto. That article covers the topic far better than this stub does. Should this stub be deleted? I think so. But whatever else happens, there is no point having links to it from other articles.

I don't mean to discourage the editor, of course. But this particular effort has not been an enhancement of Wikipedia's offerings.

Agree[edit]

I think the impetus for this page's creation came from the feeling that Concerto didn't explain enough the baroque usage of solo concerto. But there isn't enough here to justify a keep. Better to expand (if necessary) the baroque section on Concerto. I'll delete in a few days if no objections arise.
