Socompan microbes[edit]

I came to this article hoping to learn more about the microbial ecosystems found on Socompa (the highest such ecosystems in the world, apparently), but they are not even mentioned. All I know is what's in the article I've just linked to. 125.168.127.32 (talk) 04:54, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Etymology[edit]

This source suggests it may be an Atacameno name derived from a deity but I don't know if this source is reliable. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 20:30, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
