Absolutely not, the only valid form accepted by RAE dictionary is "sobrasada" http://lema.rae.es/drae/?val=sobrasada Besides, the article uses the native majorcan word in catalan: "sobrassada" --Daerun (talk) 08:46, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
