Christopher Hitchens?[edit]

The citation for Hitchens does not mention anything about his opposition to this book. I have no doubt he did oppose it and mentioned it somewhere, but this link doesn't do it--and I can't find one that does (though I saw some hint that it probably showed up on BBC Radio, so perhaps that's why).
