Why does this article call him Skanda?[edit]

This entire article is about the Chinese figure Wei-Tuo, but it refers to him as “Skanda”. What evidence is there that Wei-Tuo was ever known as “Skanda”, or is derived from the Hindu Skanda? “Wei-Tuo” is a Chinese transliteration of the Sanskrit word “Veda”, which has no obvious connection to “Skanda”. The very title of this article needs a “citation needed” tag. 100.8.88.228 (talk) 04:56, 25 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
