I've added some clarification around the terminology changes from SLT to SLII from M numbers to D numbers, but I've never heard of R numbers. Hard to describe the changes in the chart so I feel that discussion is best left to the SLII section.Jeffhot (talk) 17:16, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The diagram "Leadership style model" seems not in line with the text. The titles below "D1" to "D4" in the diagram do not match the main text and do not make sense in the diagram. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:908:1391:FA80:570:D5FB:61A2:8F0F (talk) 10:33, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I edited the article for clarification, it was outdated and I also cited more references. The M was changed to R on the Situational Leadership Model in later editions of Management of Organizational Behavior. Is there a reason that Wikipedia doesn't allow registered trademark symbols to be inserted? All of mine were removed. Both Situational Leadership (R) and SLII(R) are registered trademarks. 99.111.155.135 (talk) 16:39, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
