2010[edit]

I started Sir Walter Scott Way because it is one of a series of eight articles about long distance footpaths in the Scottish Borders region of Scotland. Four are already there and are being worked on. All eight will be linked together, along with Long-distance footpaths in the United Kingdom.

I can't see the point in someone (not the author) deleting Sir Walter Scott Way ! Renata (talk) 18:06, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is a walking path notable? The person it's named after might be, but the path? (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 15:00, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The path is not any old path, but a means to an end: to help users to get a better understanding of an eminent and notable writer of Scotland, by being able to visit specific locations arranged for that purpose. Renata (talk) 17:22, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
