Notability[edit]

This article makes no assertion of notability in the lead para, and the only claims to notability which I can infer from reading it are that: a) he was a baronet, and b) he was a junior army oficer. David, a stub tag indicates that an article is short and should be expanded. However, there is nothing here to indicate that this man is sufficiently notable for the article to be worth expanding.
