"Tangent at the Point" Equation[edit]

The article's introduction gives a formula for the tangent of a plane curve at a point $(x_{0},y_{0})$ . But the formula that follows is not an equation. Should the plus sign in the formula

(x-x_{0})F_{x}'(x_{0},y_{0})+(y-y_{0})F_{y}'(x_{0},y_{0})
