Nationality[edit]

I had initially put this page in Category:Canadian emigrants to the United States since it says he grew up in Canada and received two of his degrees here. But while he did immigrate to the US in 1990, the article doesn't specify his nationality up until that point. Was he French, having been born there? If so, he may have immigrated twice, and successively held French, Canadian, and American citizenship. Until this is clarified, I'm not comfortable saying either way on a BLP, but it seems like he should eventually be in Category:Canadian emigrants to the United States or Category:French emigrants to the United States, perhaps also Category:French emigrants to Canada if the former. --BDD (talk) 19:00, 18 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
