Untitled[edit]

Someone who was born in 1986 could not have qualified as a doctor in 2001 when they were 14 or 15, surely. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.186.20.180 (talk) 16:00, 14 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

From Times Series, Brodkin was a junior doctor. The same article, written in 2005, quotes Brodkin as being 26. This sets his birth year at about 1979. Some further evidence of his actual birth date is required. QuickHare (talk) 00:57, 15 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't it be Dr. Brodkin?[edit]

He may not be practicing or registered with the GMC but he still has the degree? 86.181.41.194 (talk) 15:01, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Categories[edit]

The category "Prisoners and detainees of Switzerland" has been removed for two reasons. The first is that it is inaccurate, Brodkin is not currently a prisoner or detainee of Switzerland, he was detained at one point for trespassing a year ago. Second, policy states that "Caution should be used with content categories that suggest a person has a poor reputation (see false light). For example, Category:Criminals and its subcategories should only be added for an incident that is relevant to the person's notability; the incident was published by reliable third-party sources; the subject was convicted; and the conviction was not overturned on appeal". If you believe that the categorization policy for biography articles does not apply in this case, consensus will be needed to add the disputed category.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 17:23, 4 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
