De Jonghe or DeJonghe?[edit]

As a speaker of the Dutch language, and seen how this dish was invented by Belgian immigrants, I am certain the 'proper' spelling is De Jonghe. However, I am not familiar with the common writing style in Chicago. 109.130.233.107 (talk) 23:47, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
