reference[edit]

"Following the terrorist attack, IDF forces raided on Hebron and managed to kill or arrest every one of terrorists who was involved in the massacre." - I would like to see a reference for this rather bombastic claim.

To Zero and Xed[edit]

Please explain why you think the memorial plaque placed by the Jerusalem municipality meets Wikipedis policy to be included in this article. Zeq 13:43, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

After reading the source, I concluded that the article in Haaretz is about Halcha and not about the massacre. It only uses the massacre as an example. Therefor I will remove this source from this article. Zeq 19:50, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the plaque, I'm not sure what its relevance is here. Would you list the size of the plaque, and the material with which it was made? Why list one specific fact, and how is this fact relevant to the bombing itself? Jayjg (talk) 19:59, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is absolutely absurd and looks like CENCORSHIP to me. We have the reaction of Hamas and the IDF in the article, but the story about the memorial is not acceptable under 'reactıons'? Ridiculus. However, other parts of that article mıght be quoted as well, if anybody wants to: please go ahead. (BTW, the only two who have voiced an opinion about this so far is a now indef. banned editor and his favorite admin. More voices are needed.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.249.69.47 (talk) 18:47, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
One of the two parties arguing the opposite point is also indefinitely banned, so I don't think that's a strong argument. Please respond to the points raised. Jayjg (talk) 00:49, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The article is about one of the consequences of the bombing. All the other known/reported consequences of the bombing (about Hasmas and İDF) are included...why not this? Again: more voices are needed here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.156.223.81 (talk) 18:50, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A plaque isn't a "consequence" of a bombing. Jayjg (talk) 23:10, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Would the plaque exist if the bombing hadn't happened? Wow. You want to know what the plaque was made of? Amazing. Truly amazing. What earthly difference could that make? It seems to me you're just trying to snow the anon.

Unexplained reverting[edit]

Jayjg, it's helpful if you give a short edit summary to explain your edits. Why delete "West" from Jerusalem?

Lapsed Pacifist (talk) 22:56, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How ironic, considering that your insertion of the word included no "short edit summary to explain your edits". Why did you add it? Jayjg (talk) 23:44, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I would think that being more specific geographically would be self-explanatory, but perhaps that's not true for you. What is certainly less than self-explanatory is why you would remove the adjective, a question you have still not answered. Lapsed Pacifist (talk) 16:28, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Is it sourced? Jayjg (talk) 01:52, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
