Character section needs trimming[edit]

Expand on format for the manga and anime - is it a sitcom, a slice-of-life four-panel gag? Which came first? Was it a simultaneous launch of the franchise? What are the major story arcs?
B3: Over-emphasis on characters, also not clear if it's an anime first or manga or both. Missing development/production section, missing reception, which should boost notability.
