Peer Evaluation[edit]

Overall, this article gives a holistic view of the organisation and its operations in Singapore. Content is well-developed and organised with the use of substantial and credible sources. Furthermore, the information is updated and presented in a reader-friendly manner.

Minor Edits:

  • Main topic, "Controversy" could be classified as a sub-header for "Charity"
  • "Subsidiaries" could be classified as a sub topic under "Investing Activities"

Scope:

  • The team may consider adding figures of income/ profits under their operations and investing activities

Minor typo errors:

  • “ad he is also the eldest son of Run Run Shaw” and “After the the Great Depression”

Untitled[edit]

Message has been left on prodder's talk page: CV and unwikified not grounds for prod, but this is possibly NN. Wikified and added corp-stub. (Old company, might be notable, I don't know). RJFJR 16:30, 9 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Can't articles be recreated again in future? --Terence Ong 05:09, 11 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Organisation not Organization[edit]

On the company's website, the British usage of organisation is used, as I believe would be common in Singapore. A redirect from Shaw Organisation has already been created, and if no one objects, I'll do a page move. Wisekwai 05:22, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
