Salaries not increased for 19 years!?[edit]

It is improbably that "For the first time in 19 years, the salaries of the soldiers were proposed to be increased by the chief" Aside from the poor English, this cannot be correct. Royalcourtier (talk) 05:43, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
