Song, maybe by Elizabeth Cotten[edit]
It's misleading to say this is an album by Taj Mahal when it's named after a song that he didn't write that's on it and which is more famous than the album. Elizabeth Cotten might or might not have written it but she certainly recorded a version that's much earlier than this album and, probably, than Taj himself. I don't have the wikichops to sort this matter out properly, but I suppose some of you boffins can deal with it if you will!71.62.89.32 (talk) 22:56, 18 February 2015 (UTC)
- The album IS a Taj Mahal album, and the wiki article notes that the song was written by Elizabeth Cotton. 151.200.35.138 (talk) 22:51, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
