Copyediting[edit]

There is confusion over use of terms like state/district/division. Sometimes state is capitalized (and part of another encyclopedia entry) and sometimes it is not. I removed the oddball lower case uses when they didn't seem necessary. One might wish to substitute a proper geologic term for "recent" in that section. This is the first time I've seen sections following a colon. I left it, there don't seem to be guidelines for this in the Manual of Style.Levalley (talk) 02:18, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
