Refs are odd...the article says[edit]

"At the time of this most recent installation the bronze was completely discolored by verdigris and black corrosion film REF Selwyn, Lyndsie. Metals and Corrosion: A Handbook for the Conservation Professional. Ottawa, ON; Canadian Conservation Institute, 2004. 59-71"

Does the article mean to say that the Handbook for the Conservation Professional mentions the details of this torches last installation??? IF it said anything (which I find tricky to believe) then it would say something about its condition when it was taken down .... not when it was installed?
