Image:Sevendust Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Nu Metal? I don't think so[edit]

I don't think this album is nu-metal, yes, Sevendust were around a time when nu-metal was big and popular but Sevendust were different than those nu-metal bands and they did had solos. The song Black has a guitar solo something that Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, Crazy Town, Korn, Staind or Linkin Park didn't had. I know that not all nu-metal is rapping but this album has no rapping and also, there is guitar solos, there is no hip hop influences in here. This album is not nu-metal, more like alternative metal, alternative metal is close to nu metal but not the exact same thing. Also, rapping is common in nu-metal, alternative metal has 100 percent no rapping at all. This is not nu-metal and also this is 100 percent far away from rap-metal which rap-metal is a genre that a lot of nu-metal bands do as well but rap-metal does has solos, look at a band like Faith No More, they were Rap-metal, also, the guitar sounds of rap-metal aren't that tuned down unlike nu-metal which has a very tuned down riff. Also, the only reason why a lot of nu-metal bands are label as rap-metal is because they rap, everything that has rapping in metal is rap-metal, but not every song in nu-metal doesn't have to have rapping, I understand that. There are a couple of nu-metal bands that don't rap, just take a look at Staind, they have no guitar solos, their guitars are way tuned down and beside their grunge influences and a voice mood similar to those of Kurt Cobain, Staind has death growls and screaming, so they are nu-metal. Sevendust is not, just a band that was successful during a time when nu-metal was extremely popular.
