George Petrushin and Michael Caputo first worked together in Moscow at The Florence Group, one of the first Western-standard public relations companies to operate in post-Soviet Russia. Caputo provided government relations, media liaison, message development, and executive communications services. Petrushin directed brand initiatives, promotion strategy, marketing solutions, and event production.

Later, Caputo Public Relations, founded in 2003 in Miami Beach, advised some of the top companies and CEOs in the United States while Zeppelin Productions, established by Petrushin in 2004, grew into a well-known Eastern European public relations company representing some of the world's most recognizable brands. Today, they work in partnership with renown attorney Kendall Coffey who leads their legal and government affairs strategies.
