Notability[edit]

After coming up empty on finding independent reliable sources for this subject, I question the notability of the organization. As it stands, the article appears to be the promotional brochure for the various related university programs, entirely sourced (and it appears, only sourceable) to primary sources. If anyone can find secondary sources or otherwise justify the notability of this article, please do so, otherwise it is a solid candidate for deletion.
