Vandalism and Unsourced Content[edit]

It seems that some people are amused by the name of the "Scoopula" and have vandalised the page. I've cut down the article down to what appears to be the facts, although with so few references I'm going mostly off the tone. There was a section on an "Independant Film" based on the scoopula but with no citations I removed this with the assumption that it was an attempt at self advertising. Feel free to make any constructive edits to the page, but just because it's a funny word doesn't make the article any less serious. Jiminizer (talk) 10:29, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The entire article looks to be an attempt at self advertising, since "Scoopula" is itself just one of several brand names for flattened scoops of this design. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.171.34.4 (talk) 16:42, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I can attest to Scoopula becoming a generic trademark in my lab (this is hearsay), all spatulas are simply just called scoopulas, except for the international students who simply call it a spatula. 184.145.35.21 (talk) 19:02, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
