Roger. I was reading that there was a Savannah Cotton and Navy Exchange that was in existence in the 1950s, and it appears the Navy Exchange was in the building to the right of the terra cotta one. It got into dire straits financially and its office moved into the Savannah District Authority, which was in the white building. I can't find a direct connection between the Savannah Cotton Exchange and the 1950s entity though. - Seasider53 (talk) 03:10, 26 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
