I've emailed Doug Savage to ask for permission to use a comic to illustrate this page, as per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Example_requests_for_permission.

Not a stub anymore[edit]

I propose this article has got passed stub stage. It's now twice as long as it was when it was marked as a stub. It has more links to secondary sources to verify information, contains more detail about the strip's contents, and has a CC-valid image to illustrate it.
