Ummm, what? The Holland Marsh is a couple of big fields and grows some astonishing percentage of Canada's root crops. This sounds bogus. Maury 02:25, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Speciality crops

Onions, carrots and potatoes are speciality crops? Really? They are three of the four most common vegetables eaten in my part of the world. SpinningSpark 16:46, 6 November 2013 (UTC)

British English usage
