Questions, comments[edit]

Is Santa Clara really a formal CDP? Can you cite the census data? (All the CDPs that existed in 2000 have bot-created articles--I'd be surprised if they left any out.) I've always considered it a neighborhood of Eugene, though I'm not sure how much of it is w/in Eugene city boundaries right now. If it's a neighborhood, I'd like to see it moved to Santa Clara, Eugene, Oregon per naming conventions. And P.S. to Geolinks fans. There is a goal of the Geographic Coordinates WikiProject to do away with the external links that come with the Geolinks templates. You will notice the empty "External links" section. It turns out...we're both right. In 1990, it was a CDP (see [1]); however the city of Eugene has annexed, or is in the process of annexing, the region (see [2] [3] [4]). I'll go ahead and make the changes. --EngineerScotty 21:24, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
