The article says,

"The only higher point in Indiana is Hoosier Hill in Wayne County, with an elevation of 1257 feet (383 meters)."

But Peakbagger says the (unnamed) high points of Lagrange and Steuben Counties are also higher, with elevations of ~1,090 and ~1,210 ft, respectively.
