Accident and incidents[edit]

The only accident that happen in this airport is the Transbrasil one (runoff). The other ones did not happen there. So I would like to delete these ones, but before I would like to have some answers about deletion or changing the title to a more reliable one to some that could express "accidents to or from" SBPA. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.110.242.82 (talk) 01:03, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Normally in wikipedia it is suggested to list accidents that have to do with the airport, in other words which happened at a certain airport or with flights that had origin or destination to a certain airport, particularly if they lead to great loss of lives. All accidents listed at POA are within these criteria. They are also listed on the Aviation Safety Network, referenced to in External links. Accidents and incidents is the standard title form for this section. For more see: Wikipedia:WikiProject_Airports/page_content (Brunoptsem (talk) 23:35, 24 May 2010 (UTC))[reply]
Yes, anyway the "only one" accident that really happen there is not listed. Can you insert it?
Will take note of it. Will add accidents with fatalities involved and which happened in POA or had POA as origin or destination, particularly the ones involving Varig, which I have not yet researched. (Brunoptsem (talk) 18:13, 11 July 2010 (UTC))[reply]
