Creation of the Article[edit]

I created the English version of this article primarily by using the Japanese page as a template and translated it. I appologize if the English isn't completely correct. I tried my best to create a good article that conveys a lot of information and is helpful to people. I will probably need to make a few corrections here and there, so there may be some minor edits that show up in the history. I hope this is a good article. Re-addition of the 開業 J-Card[edit]

Fair use rationale for Image:SakuraShukugawa-JCard-Kaigyou.jpg[edit]

Image:SakuraShukugawa-JCard-Kaigyou.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
