Comment[edit]

I've heard the college isn't doing well. If it closes, which should be very soon(2-15-07, I think), please add a history section. I have pity. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.0.202.213 (talkcontribs) 16:35, December 3, 2005

That's something new. Nobody is going to close St Petersburg University. That's almost improbable, because it is one of the best colleges in Russia. It isn't doing too well though, that's correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.250.191.237 (talkcontribs) 02:04, January 8, 2006
  • Is there any source that says it's doing bad in education field? If so then cite the source. But please don't spread rumor.--NAHID 15:57, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Chicken Kiev[edit]

Umm.. .I don't know a ton about this school, but I'm not sure if this is related in any way. I left it in there because I'm wholly ignorant of the school, tho.. Madmaxmarchhare 05:30, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

There is also a Faculty of Military Studies and a Chair of Physical Culture and Sports. A pupil who is known to have benefitted from these services is the notorious Ian Huntley who, in his youth, showed distinct talent with a bayonet, however, his career went poorly after he poked the headmistress with a bayonet. Huntley denies these abligations and postpones them as 'ridiculous and insulting'.(c) - I think, this is Vandalism ; I've removed it - If you have any objections, feel free to post them on my talkPage :-) (Hellinalj (talk) 19:46, 13 July 2008 (UTC)).[reply]

Photographs of the Twelve Collegia building[edit]

There are two almost identical photographs of the Twelve Collegia building in the article - Maybe one of them should be removed ? Hellinalj (talk) 16:02, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Leningrad State University was named after Andrei Zhdanov?[edit]

"During the Soviet period, it was known as Leningrad State University (Russian: Ленинградский государственный университет). It was named after Andrei Zhdanov in 1948."

How does this make sense? Is something lost in translation? As it reads now, there is either something missing or a mistake in this phrasing. Probablynoteworthy (talk) 07:48, 6 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced list of partner universities[edit]

Not sure why this indiscriminate list of universities is in the main text. In case anyone wishes to readd it back with refs I copied it here, but hard to imagine how it can be copied back in current form. GreaterPonce665 (TALK) 05:12, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Partner universities[edit]

[edit]

The logo was deleted from commons, as well as from this page. So I think a logo of this university should be uploaded at Commons and added in this page. Ragnarvrollo (talk) 07:47, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
