I propose renaming this entry "The St Petersburg Special Psychiatric Hospital"

Hypocrisy and bias[edit]

In this article there are many instances of hypocrisy and bias such as usage of the term "regime" when a term of neutral connotation could be substituted in its place such as government, nation, country, leadership, etc. Also, there is an instance which is blatantly hypocritical where it says that they could be subjected to terms of unlimited imprisonment within these institutions, you can also be subjected to terms of unlimited imprisonment within the psychiatric facilities of other countries such as America.
