As "Saera" is first name, but not the last name. Hence this should be Khan Saera, as she appears in her publications as "Sa. Khan" but not "Saera K." For proper recognition can be added redirection "Saera Khan" -> "Khan Saera" for every case, but seems this is improper entitled article due to quite rare for English language female name of Saera.
