Other names and spellings[edit]

I moved the numerous names and alternative spellings to a footnote with the goal of de-cluttering the lead text. Not sure which names should be the first two though; I noticed that other hyperlinks use Sadaiyaār and I don't know why this is. Whoever finds this and wants to fix, please do!
