Saans was a very popular Indian drama series which aired on Star Plus in 1999. It Starred Neena Gupta in the main lead and was a very succesful drama on Star Plus. It focused on the love triangle between Priya,Gautam and Manisha.Saans got very positive reviews and ratings and it ran for almost a year.This Drama was directed by Neena Gupta herself.Saans was enjoyed by everyone in India especially young women and Neena Gupta also got a award for her actinhg in this drama.Also this was one of the drama which made Star Plus famous in India.With this drama series Neena Gupta got involved in directing teleplays and dramas.the series had 192 episodes which ran through the whole 1999.
