Technically, I see nothing wrong with the article. The ship seemingly had an uneventful service, but I do like how you put how much it was sold for and the other intricate details about it. Nothing wrong with prose, reliable sources or neutrality. The lack of an image strikes that from my checklist. As a fan of numerous references, I cannot hold you for lack of citations where they are not required. Though, "She was among the six cruisers permitted to the newly reorganized Reichsmarine by the Treaty of Versailles." Could use an inline citation if someone were to get nitpicky over it.
