It looks to me like the paragraphs about Charlotte need lots of cleaning up. Specifically, it looks to me like if Odom was an interim head coach at Charlotte, it was only for a month, and that it looks deceptive for the article to say "Odom compiled an overall record of 8–11 as Charlotte's interim coach."
