Planned sections[edit]

As I just started this, it's pretty much just an introduction so far. Over the next few weeks I hope to have something like the following up.

  • Bering Expeditions - Pretty obvious start, with Fyodorov's sailing in between the two.
  • Promyshlenniki era - I don't have a good idea what to call it, but the period after the Great Northern Expedition to the Ukase of 1799. The Aleutians were mapped out during this period for instance.
  • RAC period - The coast was fairly well known by this point, so perhaps this would mostly be the interior explorations?

I know it's typical for people to make drafts before publishing it, but I was hoping to draw some interested people to help out. There are a few source books I have, but sadly I fear it isn't enough to make an adequate article.Voltaire's Vaquero (talk) 20:51, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Americanighaoman?[edit]

Is this a typo? I googled and got no results. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.182.154.99 (talk) 19:47, 22 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
