Unintelligible paragraph[edit]
Hello! I removed the paragraph on the 1999 decision of the Novgorod Oblast Duma, as I was unable to make any sense of it, and it also seemed poorly sourced. (The title of an alleged source was mentioned, but it contained no info on author, date or anything else).
