RT Harris was not a Colonel. He was awarded the GC as a civilian not a member of the Home Guard

If you look at Roy's personal file held by the Ministry of Defence, but releasable to the public, you will find no reference to him being a colonel. I wrote his biography in 2008. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.109.66.144 (talk) 10:34, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
