I don't think he's dead in the end- "A" raises a hanky to his face because he is crying.

I likewise was wondering about the assumption that he is dead. That seems more an interpretation than a certainty in the text. I'm fine with claiming that as long as the phrasing makes it clear that the fate of the man at the end is uncertain and that he possibly has died. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.46.10.200 (talk) 12:15, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
