Misleading information and incorrect statements in Rosehill Packet.[edit]

The image of a large sloop rigged hoy heading the page is misleading. The Rosehill Packet was a small vessel. Recently a large sculpture of the vessel was created by artist Chris Kenyon after considerable research and a photograph of the Sculpture would be a more realistic image to head the page. The first sentence claims the vessel was named after Rosehill. it was not. It was named Prince William on launching (The Diary of James Scott "Remarks on a Passage to Botany Bay" Transcript Angus and Robertson Sydney 1963 p50. It was named Rosehill Packet by the Convicts (See Judge Advocate Colonel David Collins "An account of the English Colony in New South Wales Facs. Reed Sydney 1975 page 67. In a later paragraph the boat is said to have been built on a King's slipway that did not exist in 1789. It was built a boat house near the present customs house (David Collins Op.cit p 56 There are numerous other similar reedits to be made. I suggests the article be reviewed.
